Domino Garden is a single-player puzzle about placing dominoes and making flowers bloom. These terms cover the game and this informational website.
01. Using the game and website
Use the game for your personal enjoyment and the website to learn about it. By using them, you agree to these terms to the extent allowed by applicable law. If you cannot agree, stop using them. Any applicable platform terms also apply.
Use the software lawfully. Do not disrupt the website, distribute malicious software through it, or misrepresent yourself as its publisher.
02. The puzzle experience
Place a limited number of pieces, choose their directions and start a chain reaction. A level is completed when all required flowerpots bloom during one run. Golden flowerpots are optional challenges. Appearance choices change how items look, not their puzzle properties.
Progression, earned rewards and unlocked appearances belong to the local game experience. They are not transferable between players. The current game does not require an account and can be played offline after installation.
03. Local progress
Progress is stored on your device. Resetting active progress, deleting the app, losing the device or damaged storage may result in lost progress. The app has a local save-recovery mechanism, but recovery cannot be guaranteed.
There is no app-operated account or cross-device synchronization service. Operating-system backup and restore behavior depends on your device settings. See the privacy policy for details of local storage.
04. Game and website materials
The game’s software, visual design, artwork, text and audio are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights remain with their respective rights holders. Personal use of the game does not transfer ownership of these materials.
Do not redistribute the game or its standalone assets without the necessary permission, except where applicable law or an asset’s own license allows it.
05. Availability and changes
The game and website may be updated to improve compatibility, presentation or gameplay. Their availability and uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Screenshots illustrate the version captured; details may change in later versions.
These terms may be revised when the experience changes. A revised date will appear on this page. Any notice or consent required by applicable law will still apply.
06. Your legal rights
Use the game and website with reasonable care for your device and stored data. Nothing in this agreement excludes warranties, remedies or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits liability where the law does not permit such a limitation.
